Movie storyline: In not so distant future New Orleans, a baffling wholesaler offers a free stock of "Force"– a pill that awards different superpowers for five minutes–to a gathering of street pharmacists, including one named Newt.
A month and a half later, Newt's young cousin Robin, a seller herself, is almost looted by clients looking for Power. She is safeguarded by NOPD Officer Frank Shaver, one of her ordinary purchasers.
